Concord Stem Cell Limited is a leading regenerative medicine and stem cell treatment center dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Alongside our advanced stem cell and regenerative treatment services, we are strengthening our multidisciplinary autism care program by integrating specialized Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy to support children's communication, sensory, cognitive, and functional development.

We are seeking passionate, compassionate, and motivated Speech Therapists to join our clinical team. The selected candidates will work collaboratively with physicians, stem cell specialists, psychologists, developmental pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized therapy programs that complement regenerative treatment and enhance developmental outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, social interaction, oral-motor, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental profile, communication needs, and functional goals.
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions to improve:

• Receptive and expressive language
• Speech clarity and articulation
• Functional communication
• Play and interaction skills
• Oral-motor and feeding abilities, where appropriate

• Introduce and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies when clinically indicated.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify intervention plans to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver education to reinforce therapy goals through structured home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, progress notes, and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
