We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Outreach Executive to build, manage, and continuously improve our outbound marketing operation. This role combines leadership, strategy, execution, and process improvement.

You will lead a team responsible for generating qualified business opportunities through email outreach and digital relationship building.

• Lead and manage a team of three outreach executives.
• Develop and execute large-scale outbound email campaigns.
• Research, qualify, and organize prospect databases.
• Create segmentation strategies for different industries and customer profiles.
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences and follow-up campaigns.
• Improve email deliverability, reply rates, and campaign performance.
• Manage outreach tools, CRM systems, and campaign workflows.
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Build engagement strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Identify new lead sources and outreach opportunities.
• Continuously improve outreach processes using automation and AI tools.
