Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions, invoice posting, payable and receivable management, and financial record maintenance through Tally while supporting compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain complete accounting records using Tally ERP for Group of Companies.
• Create all Chart of Accounts design by Tally software
• Record and verify all financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, cash books, bank books, and general ledger reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.
• Prepare item wise Inventory / Stock reports.
• Proper Profit & Loss statement analysis etc. work on software update
• Must be knowledge Project Accounts software & Cost Analysis statement report for management
• Generate all kinds of accounting & financial reports from Tally software as per management requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
