• Know proper pricing of accessories & know inner actual cost better accessories co. experience.

• Can Source new supplier from foreign & local source.

• Expertise in Woven based trims & accessories sourcing better also have fabric experience.

• Collect quotations from suppliers, prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and finalize purchase orders.

• Conduct market surveys to stay updated on product pricing and availability.

• Negotiate prices and contract terms with vendors, ensuring alignment with company policies.

• Source and enlist new vendors whilst ensuring complete documentation and proper integration.

• Prepare purchase requisitions and work orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure Proforma Invoice documentation and complete processing according to policy/SOP.

• Obtain necessary approvals for procurement activities and contract agreements.

• Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely delivery and resolving delays or discrepancies.

• Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery schedules, invoices, and payment status.

• Coordinate with store/inventory personnel to ensure proper receiving and storage of goods.

• Understanding of procedures and market practices for both export and import items.

• Assist Line Manager with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
