Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills with a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or other reporting systems.
