Responsibilities
- Develop insight-led strategies for events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into compelling campaign concepts and end-to-end brand experience strategies.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to uncover actionable insights.
- Prepare strategic presentations, creative briefs, pitch decks, and proposal documents.
- Collaborate with Creative, Client Service, and Production teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen campaign effectiveness.
- Define campaign objectives, evaluate performance, and deliver post-campaign strategic recommendations.
- Support new business pitches with strategic thinking and persuasive presentations.
We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in strategic planning, brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management.
- Strong analytical thinking, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in an advertising, experiential, or marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
