Job Description
- To develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- To monitor quality performance across Fabric inspection, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing.
- To ensure inline and end-line inspections are properly conducted.
- To ensure factory readiness for Buyer audits, Technical audits, Product inspections, Compliance assessments.
- Lead and manage Executives, QA/QC teams, inspectors, and quality supervisors.
- Train quality staff on inspection techniques and buyer standards.
- Analyze quality defects and identify root causes.
- Reduce rework, rejection, alteration, and repair percentages. Ensure inline inspections are conducted during production.
- Analyze DHU Percentage, Rejection Percentage, Alteration Percentage, Repair Percentage, Customer complaints, Audit scores.
- Collaborate with IE, production, and merchandising teams for quality enhancement.
- Ensure all products shipped are defect-free and compliant with specifications.
Job Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is needed.
