Execute merchandising activities from order confirmation to final shipment.

Lead and supervise the execution merchandising team to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Ensure timely booking, follow-up, and in-house of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials as per the T&A plan.

Coordinate buyer approvals, sample submissions, material readiness, and production planning.

Prepare and review merchandising documents before handing over files to the Production, Planning, Technical & Commercial Department.

Monitor production progress, identify risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time shipment.

Ensure packing details, packing lists, shipping instructions, and related documentation are completed accurately.

Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment maintaining effective TNA.

Ensure all approvals (Samples, Fabric, Trims, Print/Embroidery) are received on time.

Proactively identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements to reduce lead time.

Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding order status and shipment updates.

Guide and develop junior merchandisers while ensuring smooth execution of multiple orders.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
