Order Processing: Manage the entire order lifecycle from sample development, costing, and bulk production to final shipment.

Buyer Liaison: Communicate effectively with international buyers regarding order status, technical specifications, and amendments.

Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with the internal sourcing team and the production planning team to procure fabrics and trims (CM & CMX) at competitive costs.

Production Monitoring: Work closely with factory production managers to monitor WIP (Work in Progress), identify bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).

Commercial Coordination: Coordinate with the commercial department for LC opening, documentation, and shipment booking.

Costing & Negotiation: Prepare accurate cost sheets (CM) and negotiate pricing with factory.

Maintain a good working environment between all team members.
