Deshi Consumer Products Limited is a concern of Taha Group, a well-reputed and rapidly expanding business conglomerate in Bangladesh, engaged in manufacturing consumer goods and import-based operations. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking some dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Representative (SR)/Sales Officer (SO). The sales officer/representative is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, ensuring product availability in the assigned territory, and supporting overall business growth.
Position: SR/ SO - Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets as assigned by management.
- Visit assigned markets, distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers regularly according to the approved route plan.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect sales orders from customers and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop new customers, retailers, and distribution points within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, stock reports, collection reports, and other required reports to the reporting supervisor.
- Assist in implementing sales promotions, trade offers, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper display and placement of company products at retail outlets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Find out the uncovered route and ensure product availability.
- Develop introduction, communication, and relation (ICR) through retailers and distributors.
- Address customers’ queries and handle product replacement and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales orders, stock availability, and collections.
- Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and instructions from management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
