Job Context:

Rupayan Group is looking for a competent and proactive Sr. Executive, HR to strengthen its day to day Human Resources operations. The position requires hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance evaluation, implementing policies & procedures. The selected candidate will work closely with the Group CHRO to ensure smooth HR functions across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Assist in managing KPI based performance evaluation process.
  • Assist in organizing trainings & development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR reports for the management.
  • Maintain HRIS, personal files and HR documentation.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records to support payroll team.
