About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and target-driven Europe Destination Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary guide for students looking to study in key European destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in European university admissions, visa procedures, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Consultation: Counsel prospective students on the best universities and courses suited to their academic profiles, career goals, and budgets.

• Process Management: Guide clients end-to-end through application processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and specific European visa requirements (Schengen visas).

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of student satisfaction.

• Partner Relations: Stay up-to-date with changing immigration regulations and university admission criteria, maintaining strong relationships with our European institutional partners.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and applications.
