Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions/sales
- Reach out to prospects via WhatsApp, email, and online databases to generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/database
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals within target timelines
- Occasionally visit clients or institutions in the field to support closing or attend meetings, as required
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to boost lead generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
