SalesConnect is a growing B2B lead generation company serving commercial cleaning businesses across the United States. We are looking for confident and energetic individuals to join our night-shift outbound calling team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses in the USA.

• Speak with business owners and decision-makers professionally.

• Schedule appointments for our U.S.-based clients.

• Follow the provided call script while maintaining a natural conversation.

• Update call results and customer information in the CRM/dialer.

• Meet daily and monthly call and appointment targets.

• Attend training sessions and continuously improve communication skills.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.

Job Context:

• Full-time, office-based position.
