Ensure direct sales through managing retails, handle product complaints and ensure necessary information flow to different stakeholder continuously.

Develop and expand the customers, dealer and retailer network within the assigned territory to generate sales and ensure credit recovery within time.

Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical department.

Plan and organize personal sales strategy through effective market execution and ensure proper product detailing, availability and communication with customers and dealers.

Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns such as product demonstrations, dealer/agent/customer meetings, exhibitions, and display events to promote assigned products and strengthen market presence.

Ensure the proper and effective use of promotional tools in line with defined objectives and the guidelines of the Product Management Department.

Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and customers to strengthen business relationships, achieve monthly sales and collection targets, and drive business growth.

Drive market visibility by ensuring the effective deployment and maintenance of promotional materials at trade points, bazaars, and dealer outlets across the assigned territory.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
