Job Description
Location: Chittagong City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee full kitchen operations and staff management
- Design and execute authentic Thai menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth daily service and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Having Diploma in Hospitality Management degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
