Job Description
Efficiently utilize manpower and oversee machine maintenance.
Perform breakdown maintenance and conduct root cause analysis.
Monitor and control utility usage to optimize efficiency.
Implement and sustain 5S practices to ensure a safe and organized workplace.
Manage dyeing quality, minimize rejects, and optimize cost efficiency.
Oversee asset monitoring to ensure proper utilization and upkeep.
Implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance machine longevity.
Maintain process documentation and track target achievements.
Supervise machine installation, maintenance, and spare parts management.
Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Having Diploma in Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Facility Management Services.
- Freshers can apply.
