Presently, our company is seeking to hire a candidate responsible for supervising and organizing our sales & marketing team as a sales & marketing leader in a territory.

Job Overview:

We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with experience in FMCG sales, possessing sound knowledge in planning and implementing strategies. The ideal candidate should excel in driving sales targets, fostering teamwork, and contributing to the company`s overall goals as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a sizeable team of field officers, dealers, and distributors to achieve the sales target of the assigned territory,
• Planning sales targets for individual field officers, dealers, and distributors on your team.
• Maintaining and increasing the sales volume of the company`s different brand products.
• Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
• Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of Business Activity.
• Gather and update Market Information to the Line Manager.
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
