Job Description
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our Bangladesh apparel business, ensuring operational excellence, quality, cost optimization, and timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership in managing large-scale garment manufacturing operations while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end factory operations across production, planning, quality, and compliance.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Manage large-scale manufacturing teams and optimize workforce productivity.
Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Implement process improvements and operational best practices.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Having Master of Apparel Merchandising degree is a plus.
- At least 15 years of experience is needed.
