Enerzyz is an AI-powered asset orchestration platform that helps data centers, commercial real estate, and industrial facilities run more efficiently. We're looking for an Administrative Associate to own People Operations, Accounts, and Administration for the company. This is a foundational role with high ownership and direct visibility into how a startup scales.

Responsibilities:

● Manage HR operations: onboarding, employee records, contracts, and internal documentation

● Handle accounts: invoicing, expense tracking, vendor payments, revenue and coordination with our accountants for audit readiness

● Oversee day-to-day administration: correspondence, compliance documentation, and office/operational logistics

● Support the leadership team with organizational and operational needs as the company scales.

Requirement:

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Comfort working with financial records and numbers

● Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

● Prior experience in HR, administration, or accounts is a plus but not required.
