Job Description
Ensure on-time export booking and diligent follow-up through to shipment
Coordinate ex-factory goods follow-up and handover process
Prepare accurate and timely bank-to-bank export documentation
Liaise closely with C&F agents, transport operators, and forwarders to ensure seamless logistics
Ensure accurate and timely L/C (logic) entry
Handle other export-related responsibilities as assigned by management
Maintain effective internal coordination with Merchandising, Factory, and Accounts teams
Maintain effective external coordination with Banks, C&F agents, Transport providers, and Forwarders
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Commercial / Supply Chain / Procurement.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
