Handle all deemed export documentation in compliance with government and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and process PI (Proforma Invoice), LC (Letter of Credit), and contract documents for deemed export transactions.

Maintain and update export-related records, registers, and statements (e.g., local LC statement, delivery status).

Coordinate with local buyers, suppliers, and internal departments (merchandising, accounts, production) to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure proper VAT, tax, and bonded warehouse compliance as per Bangladesh regulations.- Collect LC and make documents including bank forwarding, bill of exchange, commercial invoice, packing list, and others as per LC.

Activities to collect party acceptance.

Monitor payment realization and follow up with buyers for timely collection.

Handle BGMEA/BKMEA/Customs/bond-related procedures when required.

Support management with reports on export performance, pending orders, and financial status.
