Position summary

Manage daily operations of Finance and Accounts department which include arrangement of payments and collections; activities related to monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reporting and assisting CFO to prepare annual budget and annual report.

Reporting to: CFO & Company Secretary

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain books of account and ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions into Tally Accounting Software

• Perform bank, vendor and general ledger reconciliations

• Arrangement for payments – daily and periodical

• Ensure deduction of TDS & VDS at source in accordance with the Income Tax Act

• Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly VAT returns

• Preparation and submission of quarterly withholding tax returns

• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for management analysis

• Assist in preparing annual financial statements, annual reports, and budget

• Perform any other task assigned by the management.
