Develop Occupational health, safety & Environment awareness within people of the industries.

Prepare HSE training calendar to educate people on health, safety & Environment (HSE) perspective.

Maintain interdepartmental coordination on HSE matters within all the department on the industries.

Coordinate Walk-Through- safety Committee (WTSC) for identifying & rectifying major HSE difficulties.

Handle plant & people incidental & accidental case with close coordination of the respective departments.

Assist HOD-HR in respect of executing policies, Procedure, standard operating practice for Ensuring HSE.

Ensuring PPE Following Guidelines and make it updates entire fire safety equipment’s with close coordination of admin.

Take protective initiatives with the help security personnel/Fighting team in case of occupational incident and/or accident occurred.

Organizing & Leading HSE activities & initiatives Following HSE works schedule.

Other Initiatives: Have to ensure HSE Project implementation by deadline from your end.

Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.

To Develop professional behavior, personal hygiene, table manners, and cleanliness among all officers and workers through regular awareness, training, and monitoring initiatives.
