Job Description
- Provide age verification certificates during recruitment.
- Conduct pre-employment health checkups for workers and staff.
- Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.
- Support occupational health, hygiene, and safety programs.
- Conduct periodic health checkups for workers and staff.
- Conduct health awareness and preventive healthcare programs.
- Monitor all medical-related issues across the facility.
- Conduct necessary training for workers, including First Aid and Health & Safety Training.
- Handle workplace injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate referrals to hospitals when higher-level medical care if necessary.
- Take care of all health issues and maintain medical records and health reports.
- Prepare injury analysis reports and safety assessments.
Job Requirements
- Having Diploma in Nursing degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Facility Management Services.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
