Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day departmental operations.

Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor production schedules and inventory levels of batteries and raw materials (if applicable).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Analyze operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

Supervise and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.

Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and customers when required.

Support implementation of process improvements and cost-control initiatives.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
