Job Description
Develop, implement and monitor organizational KPIs and performance measurement systems.
Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Analyze operational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective performance monitoring.
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain performance-related databases.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
