Job Summary

Masco Group is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across its textile, garments, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while strengthening the employer brand, developing talent pipelines, and supporting workforce planning aligned with the Group's business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
  • Prepare job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment tests, and facilitate final selection.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality.
  • Identify innovative sourcing channels to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements.
  • Support annual manpower planning and succession planning initiatives.

Employer Branding

  • Build relationships with universities, technical institutes, and professional associations.
  • Coordinate internship, graduate trainee, and management trainee programs.
  • Promote Masco Group as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruitment, social media, and networking events.

Job Requirements

  • Having Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree is a plus.
  • Preferred Industry Type are Recruitment / Staffing.
  • At least 6 years of experience is needed.
