Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering ERP/SaaS implementation and development projects.

Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including Project Plans, BRS, FRS, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Meeting Minutes (MoM), Change Requests, and Release Notes.

Coordinate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Break down project requirements into tasks, prioritize backlogs, and monitor sprint progress.

Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.

Conduct requirement clarification meetings and ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project scope.

Monitor development progress and follow up on pending issues, blockers, and bug fixes.

Support project planning, estimation, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.

Assist in preparing dashboards, project status reports, MIS reports, and management presentations.

Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to management.

Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date.

Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
