Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch sales growth.
• Provide professional consultation regarding skincare products and aesthetic treatment services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatments for optimal results.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Promote company campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches effectively.
• Maintain branch presentation, discipline, and a professional clinical environment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with branch management regarding daily operational activities.
