Job Summary

The Executive- Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting the sales team through efficient administrative coordination, data management, and reporting. This role ensures smooth sales operations by maintaining accurate records, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order information.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Monitor sales performance and highlight gaps or discrepancies.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery status, and documentation.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches from an administrative perspective.
• Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of all sales-related documents.
