Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, and international standards
• Lead all internal & external compliance audits
• Maintain certifications (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BWB,Higg, SLCP,GOTS,OCS,GRS, RCS & FSC etc.) and proper documentation
• Develop and implement compliance policies and SOPs
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees
• Prepare and follow up corrective action plans (CAP)
• Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and regulatory bodies
