Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.

Maintain all financial records and books of accounts and preserved supporting documents.

Ensure TDS & VDS from different party and deposit the same through Challan.

Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.

Prepare the bank reconciliation statement.

Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.

Checking of monthly Back to Back Liabilities, Accepted Liabilities, all types of Bank liabilities Export Realization, Bill Receivable, Stock & Inventory.

Checking Commercial Invoice, proforma Invoice, BTB L/C, Master L/C, recording in Export-Import Register.

Checking Different types of Bank Charges with Bank Statement, bank advice latter and reporting thereon.

Provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.

Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures at factory level.
