Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Handle cash collection, payments, cash book, and petty cash management where applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain VAT records, prepare VAT Challan, Mushak forms, VAT returns, and ensure compliance with NBR regulations.
- Verify and reconcile cash balances, bank statements, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorized, recorded, and documented.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work with accounting software (Tally/ERP) and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and record keeping.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, VAT laws, and company policies.
- Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
