JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Good understanding & knowledge on Public Procurement Act (PPA), Public Procurement Rule (PPR) 2025 & 2008;

• Clear understanding & knowledge about overall Tender preparation procedure based on Standard Documents (STD)-National/International.

• Clear understanding & knowledge about Schedule of Rates (SOR) & its process.

• Good understanding & knowledge about different types of Tender & its process;

• Capable to process the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial), submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary for Management discussions and decision making;

• Maintaining Banking formalities related to Tender

• Tender Submission as decided by the authority time to time.

• Able to prepare Monthly Tender Report for the management perspective

• Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed Tender Schedule maintenance

• Any other job assigned by the supervisor
