Mugnee Multiple Limited is looking for a smart, confident and dedicated Junior Assistant Engineer for its Tender Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for tender searching, tender preparation, technical documentation, tender submission and related official activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Search and collect government and private tender notices from different sources.
• Study tender documents and prepare required documents accordingly.
• Prepare technical data sheets, compliance sheets, specifications and supporting technical documents.
• Assist in tender preparation, printing, file organization and final submission.
• Prepare product/service-based technical presentations and documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for necessary documents and information.
• Visit different offices/organizations for document submission, collection and follow-up when required.
• Maintain proper tender records, files and documentation.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Tender Department/Management.
