Job Description
Plan and oversee the layout, setup, and execution of banquets and events from start to finish.
Oversee daily operations of the banquet and restaurant, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
Assign roles and duties to staff and ensure events run smoothly.
Monitor service quality, address guest complaints, and implement improvements to policies and procedures.
Lead daily briefings and team meetings to review performance and plan upcoming events.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Hospitality / Hotel / Travel / Tourism.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
