Job Description
Location: Chittagong City.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, hygiene and speed of service during busy shifts.
Operate espresso machine, grinder and bar equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counter and service area.
Manage daily mise-en-place, stock levels and expiry checks.
Guide junior baristas/service staff on recipes, hygiene and service standards.
Handle guest orders politely and support a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with floor, kitchen and management teams.
Follow food safety, sanitation and company SOPs.
Job Requirements
- Having Diploma in Hotel Management degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience is needed.
