Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
Train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent and consistent customer service.
Monitor sales performance, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards across all food, beverages, and service areas.
Manage inventory, coordinate with procurement, and control stock to minimize wastage.
Prepare operational and sales reports, and recommend improvements to management
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience is needed.
