## About the Role

We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused, and professional Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm while handling customer concerns and complaints.

## Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customers' concerns by gathering accurate information and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
• Resolve customer queries and technical/service-related issues during the call whenever possible.
• If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, create a detailed support ticket and escalate it to the Web Team for further investigation and resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) and other chat platforms.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Follow up on customer issues until they are successfully resolved.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Ticketing systems.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite, respectful, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
• Stay calm and composed while dealing with difficult customers or high-pressure situations.

## Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Complaint Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or Ticket Management systems will be an added advantage.
• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.

## Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) from a recognized university.
• Candidates currently pursuing their Bachelor's degree may also apply, provided they are available for full-time work.
