Job Description
Communicate and manage services for clients based in Singapore
As a Customer Research Officer, you will provide full service information to potential clients coming through our network and offer necessary counseling
Understand client demands, identify key information, research their issues and provide solutions or alternatives
Respond quickly to queries via digital platforms and communicate with international clients over the phone
Should maintain professional, polite, and proper phone etiquette
Job Requirements
