Job Context:

Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle and fix all kinds of sewing machines.
• Should be able to handle and troubleshoot and fix electromechanical devices of automatic and semi-automatic sewing machines.
• Should be able to keep records of all machineries of the cutting, sewing and finishing floors.
• Should be able to maintain logs of periodical machine maintenance of the machines.
• Coordinate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production teams to design machine layouts and ensure proper line balancing.
• To maintain compliance with workplace safety mandates like the Accord/RSC and local building codes.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in industrial sewing, finishing, and automation systems.
• Perform any other technical duties assigned by management.
