• Prepare the annual business plan outlining and long & short term plans, and oversee the execution of these plans.
• These plans will include Operational and Financial type of plans
• Has to capable for developing 360 degree integrated marketing strategies to uplift the brand image.
• Has responsible to look after the total business development liaison with the sales team to ensure business growth and revenue generation.
• Manage the Project Management team and ensure the projects are executed in accordance to the agreed time frames and budgets.
• Act as the face of the business, which will require him to meet clients on a regularly basis and ensure business continuity and the inflow of new projects.
• Responsible for overall performance of the organization.
• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the authority and staff with the development of long range and annual plans with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and ways to enlarge present scope of works.
• Oversee the preparation of all Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
• Research and analysis of documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
• Ensure efficiencies in every aspect of the operations. Coordination with major clients, contractors, team of the engineers from inception to project execution.
• Liaise with Project Managers to for proper execution of projects.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
