About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive, Business Development to join our growing Influencer Marketing Agency. If you're passionate about sales, building client relationships, and helping brands grow through influencer marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing existing client relationships, collecting campaign briefs, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to deal closure. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Strategy and collaborate with the Strategy, Campaign Management, and R&D teams to deliver impactful influencer marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential clients across industries including FMCG, Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Technology, Corporate, Finance, Telecommunications, E-commerce, and more.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch sessions.
• Acquire new clients for influencer marketing campaigns and agency services.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients' marketing objectives, campaign requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure excellent client experience through timely communication and proactive support.
• Encourage repeat business by maintaining long-term client relationships.

Campaign Brief Collection & Sales Support

• Collect detailed campaign briefs and communicate client requirements accurately to the internal Strategy and Campaign Management teams.
• Assist in developing proposals, campaign recommendations, influencer plans, and quotations.
• Present proposals confidently and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close deals.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the Campaign Management Team.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM, client database, and meeting records.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Work closely with the R&D, Strategy, and Campaign Management teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
