Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service, build sustainable relationships, and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth customer support.
- Proactively identify customer requirements and fulfill with sincerity and due diligence.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Other duties assigned by Team Lead.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor in any discipline degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are BPM / BPO.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
