Assist in manpower planning and recruitment as per factory requirement

Prepare job advertisements and coordinate interviews

Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and employee orientation

Maintain employee personal files, job cards, and HR database

Update attendance, leave, and overtime records

Support payroll preparation and salary disbursement activities

Ensure HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labour Law and buyer compliance requirements

Maintain disciplinary records, warning letters, and show-cause notices

Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution

Assist in employee welfare activities and engagement programs

Support performance appraisal and promotion processes

Prepare HR reports (manpower, turnover, absenteeism, leave, etc.)

Maintain registers and statutory records as per legal requirements

Any other task assigned by management.
