Prepare, review, and maintain all local procurement documents and records.

Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders, and other procurement-related documents.

Collect, verify, and organize quotations, comparative statements, and supplier documents.

Ensure all procurement documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect required approvals and supporting documents.

Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) of procurement records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Prepare vendor registration documents and update supplier information as required.

Follow up with suppliers to collect invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary documents.

Assist in preparing procurement reports, summaries, and management presentations.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate procurement documentation.

Track the status of procurement files and ensure timely completion of documentation.

Perform any other procurement-related documentation and administrative duties assigned by management.
