We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented logistics professional to supervise and manage day-to-day operations of assigned ghats and warehouses. The role requires strong coordination with sales, accounts, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth inventory flow, cost efficiency, and high service levels.

• Supervise assigned ghats/warehouses and oversee day-to-day inventory management
• Track inventory levels, plan demand, and ensure timely replenishment
• Arrange vessels and ensure on-time loading from factory
• Ensure adequate labor availability at ghats for uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align demand and supply
• Maintain professional relationships with ghat owners, labor suppliers, and vessel brokers
• Monitor company-owned trucks and vessels to ensure optimal utilization and trip targets
• Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure proper use of company resources
• Collect market and competitive logistics data
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve service level, and mitigate operational risks
• Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely fund availability
• Supervise and monitor ghat in-charges and ensure role compliance
• Prepare periodic inventory, operations, and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards
