Receive customer enquiries and forward them to the relevant departments (Pattern, IE/SMV, Wash, etc.) on the same day or the next working day.

Follow up with internal departments to collect required information for costing.

Raise any questions or clarification requests to the customer through the reporting manager.

Download design files, tech packs, and patterns from SharePoint or other company systems.

Collect fabric and trim prices from approved suppliers.

Prepare costing sheets with the support of senior team members.

Submit costing information to the UK Sales Team or the respective customer after approval.

Check fabric purchase orders to ensure prices match the approved costing.

Update costing when there are customer comments, fit changes, or style revisions.

Verify actual purchased prices (PI) and assist in updating costing records.

Check SAP cost sheets to ensure they are correctly updated and active.

Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP as instructed.

Assist in running costing processes within the given timeline.

Monitor standard costs and report any differences to the senior merchandiser.

Maintain proper records of costing documents and merchandising files.

Communicate with internal departments regarding costing and order-related information.

Support senior merchandisers in daily merchandising activities.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or reporting manager.
