Prepare detailed product costing sheets and analyze cost components.

Ensure proper cost allocation and accurate inventory valuation & calculate COGS.

Maintain accurate records of material, labor, and overhead costs.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

Report to management with various data – Sales, Production, Cost, Purchase, Payable, Receivable.

Assist to upgrade the ERP System.

Prepare periodic costing reports for management review.

Verify accuracy of BOM (Bill of Materials) and product cost calculations.

Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in budget preparation and conduct variance analysis.

Monitor and review costing changes due to material price fluctuations, process changes, or commercial impacts, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
